Exceptions may be considered only in rare cases involving a serious undisclosed issue that does not reasonably align with the item description or inspection process. Boles Bedding must be notified immediately upon discovery.
Approved resolutions are generally limited to exchange or store credit. Refunds are rare exceptions and may be granted solely at the discretion of Boles Bedding.
